Your audience will forget the slides. Give them a state they keep.

Daria Vodopianova designs stage sessions that change the state of a whole room in the time a keynote takes. Seated, safe, and felt by everyone in it. Two TEDx talks. Four hundred workshops. Twenty countries.

What happens on stage

Not a talk about change. The change, in the room.

Most stage content asks the audience to remember something. Daria asks them to feel something, then shows them how to keep it. Every session has a short guided piece inside it where the room stops listening and starts doing: a breath, a rehearsal of a chosen identity, a state people can name on the way out.

She is direct in the teaching and reflective in the room. Nobody is called up. Nobody is asked to share. The container is designed so a hall of strangers can go deep together and come back on time, which is what lets this work scale from a workshop of forty to a main stage.

Talks and sessions

Pick the depth. She fits your slot.

Keynote · 20 to 30 minutes

The Identity You Rehearse

The identity you rehearse is the life you get.

A talk with a short guided activation inside it. The audience does not watch a demonstration. They do the rehearsal themselves, seated, eyes closed, a few minutes long, and carry the state back into your program.

Best for: Main stages, idea-driven slots, conference programs.

Keynote · 30 to 45 minutes

Genius Zone, Not Comfort Zone

Self-leadership is a state, not a personality.

Where people actually operate from when they are at their best, why most rooms never get there, and a live exercise that puts the audience in it before the talk ends.

Best for: Leadership programs, founder gatherings, company offsites.

Workshop for women · about 2 hours

Own Your Pleasure

Pleasure is a power source. Most women were taught to ration it.

Direct teaching, then practice. Made for rooms already fluent in embodiment work, and it goes deeper than they expect. Runs solo or co-led with Barak Yaari where the room wants both voices.

Best for: Women's programs, sexuality-positive festivals, retreats.

The capstone, with Barak Yaari · 2 to 3 hours

Identity Installation Night

The room rehearses who it is becoming. Then keeps it.

Breath first, then a long guided trance where each person meets a chosen version of themselves, then integration. Everyone stays seated. Nothing is asked of anyone in front of anyone else. Run for 44 people at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and for 40 in Bansko in July 2026, and in Bristol in September 2026.

Best for: Evening programs, retreats, curated rooms.

Facilitation · 1 to 5 days

Immersions and multi-day

One room, several days, one identity shift.

Daria designs and holds the full arc: the container on day one, the deep work in the middle, the integration that makes it stick. For retreats, leadership cohorts and private groups that want more than a session.

Best for: Retreat centres, leadership teams, private groups.

What people say on their way out.

Barak's voice guides you through the sessions, it's 150% immersion. Just give it a yes.Stephanie · Germany · Identity Installation night

I felt very vulnerable after the exercises, very open to receiving more, and it gave me joy. Definitely come and join, because it might change your life.Julie · Belgium · Art of Receiving

Daria, you shared your struggle and personal story, that really also helped me, and I imagine so many women in the room.

Yeji, Identity Installation night participant.

Yeji · Identity Installation night

One of the best experiences of my life, for sure.

Peter · Identity Installation night

It was amazing to receive, especially because usually I'm a giver. It was beautiful, and surprising, to be seen by others.

Josef, Art of Receiving participant.

Josef · Art of Receiving

It was easier to give than to receive. You start feeling something you don't feel normally.

About Daria

Built things, lost things, kept the method.

Daria Vodopianova with Barak Yaari.

Daria Vodopianova is a two-time TEDx speaker, Melbourne and Lisbon, and a published author. She has facilitated more than four hundred live workshops, trained over a thousand practitioners, and worked with rooms in more than twenty countries. Her work sits in self-leadership, genius zone activation, and the energetics that let people act on their full potential.

With Barak Yaari she co-founded Mind Artists and co-created the Identity Installation Method: hypnosis, NLP, breath and embodied change, installed in the room together. Sixteen years of transformational work sit behind it, including businesses that were built, rebuilt, and in several cases failed. That history is in the teaching on purpose.

Her rule for a stage: direct in the content, reflective in the room. She says the uncomfortable thing plainly, then designs the container so the audience can do something with it. She believes the room is half the medicine.

Daria and Barak also take the stage together. See the two-voice formats.

For organisers

Deep work on stage, zero drama for your team.

Nobody is put on the spot

Everyone stays seated, eyes closed where the format calls for it. No volunteer moment and no sharing circle anyone has to survive.

Run with care, closed with care

Deep formats run with a short written waiver, and every session ends with a deliberate, guided return before people stand up.

The lightest rider you will read this year

A microphone and a room that can sit undisturbed. Nothing that needs rigging. Low light helps and is not required.

Your theme, your language

Every session is shaped to your room, your theme and your slot. Full ceremony language where the room wants it, or the same depth as guided visualisation and applied neuroscience where it does not.

She brings her audience with her

Every appearance goes out to the Mind Artists mailing list and social channels, so booking Daria also promotes your event.
